What asst.coach is
asst.coach is an AI-powered coaching assistance tool designed to help youth sports coaches build practice plans, game prep, batting orders, and season analysis. It is provided as a productivity aid — a starting point for your coaching decisions, not a replacement for them.
The service is currently in beta and is being shared with invited coaches for feedback. Features, pricing, and availability may change during this period.
Not a substitute for coaching judgment
AI-generated content should always be reviewed by the coach before use. The output of asst.coach is a suggestion, not a directive.
asst.coach generates practice plans, lineup recommendations, and strategic advice based on the data and notes you provide. This output is intended to assist — not replace — your professional coaching judgment.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated suggestions in the context of your specific team, players, and situation. Never implement a suggestion without first considering whether it is appropriate for your players' age, skill level, physical condition, and circumstances.
asst.coach is not a licensed coaching service and makes no representation that its output meets any particular standard of professional coaching practice.
Your responsibilities
- →You are responsible for how you use the output of asst.coach, including any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
- →You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload (stat files, roster names, notes) does not include information you do not have the right to share.
- →You agree not to use asst.coach for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm minors.
- →You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login.
- →You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that damage its availability for other users.
Beta period
asst.coach is currently in beta. This means:
- –Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
- –We do not guarantee uptime or availability during the beta period.
- –Pricing tiers (Varsity and Elite) are planned but not yet active. Current access is free for invited beta coaches.
- –We may contact you for feedback as part of the beta program.
- –The service may experience downtime, errors, or unexpected behavior. We appreciate your patience and reports.
Service provided as-is
asst.coach is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, asst.coach and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
Your content and our content
You retain ownership of any data, files, and notes you submit. By submitting them, you grant asst.coach a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your requested analysis.
The AI-generated output (practice plans, game prep, analysis) is provided for your personal coaching use. You may print, share with your team, and adapt it freely.
The asst.coach platform, design, and underlying software remain the property of asst.coach and may not be copied or redistributed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of asst.coach after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
